• Unique items
  Every product is handmade with love, so each one may look a little different — that’s what makes it special.

• Orders
  Once payment is complete, your order will be carefully prepared just for you.

• Shipping
  We ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on postal services and customs.

• Refunds
  Because our bath products are handmade, we can’t accept returns of opened or used items. But if something arrives damaged, just let us know within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you.
